SHIPPING POLICY
At Goddess Gabby Boutique, we ship all our products within the United States. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items in your order.
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Goddess Gabby Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
