  • During high-demand periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

 

 

Shipping Times (After Processing):

 

  • U.S. Orders: 3–5 business days via USPS

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

 

 

Shipping Costs:

 

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • FREE U.S. shipping on orders over $59.99.

 

 

Order Tracking:

 

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

 

Shipping Delays:

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, customs, or incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be:

  • Free of damage, fragrance, or alterations

  • Returned with proof of purchase

 

Please note: Earrings and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • We’ll process an even exchange once the original item is returned and inspected

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

Due to hygiene and custom work, the following are final sale:

 

  • Earrings or body jewelry

  • Herbal teas, wellness products, and skincare items

  • Custom or personalized items
